1. Information We Collect. Email, name, payment details, and KYC documents (for verification). Technical data: IP address, browser type, scan/test history.
2. How We Use Your Data. To provide services, process payments, send notifications, and improve products. We never sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Security. Industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3), AES-256 at rest, secure cloud infrastructure, regular audits, and Bcrypt password hashing.
4. Data Retention. Account data: while active. Scan history: 90 days (free), 1 year (paid). KYC: as required by law.
